Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel, we have decided to implement new cancellation / modification policies to provide you - our guests with increased flexibility in planning your holidays.

Reservation terms update 

Today, we are updating our policy to provide our customers the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. Generally speaking, for guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow changes or cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival with only minimum charges for bank costs in case of cancelation. For guests making new individual reservations we will allow those reservations to be changed or cancelled by the same terms which are valid for existing reservations. 

The changes are also related to the payment of the second installment, which now has a payment period of 15 days before the date of arrival, instead of the previous 30 days.
